After a few weeks off (following my redundancy from my previous job), I'm very excited to share that I'm two weeks into a new job - selling cars! We sell new Kia and Nissan, and used cars too.
It's my first time working directly in the automotive industry, and so far I'm loving it! It's longer hours than my previous job, and of course I don't get to work from home any more, but the upshot is that I get to engage with people in real life again. I didn't realise how much I had missed it until I was back around people, but honestly it's the best part! It's a steep learning curve, and I'm learning quickly.
I don't know how it will work yet, managing this page alongside my job. I don't foresee any conflicts of interest, but I'll work carefully with my bosses to ensure I'm not stepping on any toes.
