Refund policy

Our promise

If there's a problem with something you've ordered from drivingforever.com, we'll make it right. New Zealand consumers have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 that we don't try to dodge or limit. This policy explains how we handle refunds and replacements.

Everything is made to order

Driving Forever merchandise is printed to order — your item doesn't exist until you order it. Because of that, we don't offer change-of-mind returns or size exchanges. Please check the size chart and product description carefully before you buy. If you're unsure about sizing, email us first and we'll help you choose.

Misprinted, damaged, or faulty items

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery at drive@drivingforever.com with your order number and photos of the problem. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer. In most cases you won't need to send the item back.

This sits alongside, and doesn't limit, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Lost in transit

If tracking shows your parcel never arrived and the carrier confirms it's lost, we'll send a free replacement or refund you in full. See our shipping policy for delivery timeframes before raising a lost-parcel claim.

DF Pro subscriptions

DF Pro subscriptions are billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refund requests for DF Pro must go through the store where you subscribed:

We can't issue refunds for subscriptions directly. If you have an unusual situation (for example, a billing error we caused), email us and we'll help you work through it.

How to raise a problem

Email drive@drivingforever.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • Which item(s) have a problem.
  • What's wrong (misprint, damage, wrong item, never arrived, etc).
  • Photos, if the item is misprinted or damaged.

We'll reply within 2 working days. Please don't post anything back unless we ask — for most print issues a photo is all we need.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed within 5 working days and go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it on your statement.
