How our products are made and shipped

Driving Forever merchandise is printed to order. When you place an order, it's produced by our print partner at the facility closest to you (or best suited to the product), then shipped directly to your door. Nothing sits in a warehouse — your item is made because you ordered it.

Production time

Because every item is made to order, allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Most items are produced within 2–5 business days. The product page will note anything that takes longer.

Delivery estimates (after dispatch)

  • New Zealand & Australia: 5–15 business days, depending on where the item is produced.
  • United States, United Kingdom, Europe: 5–10 business days.
  • Rest of world: 10–30 business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Production location varies by product, so two items in the same order may ship from different facilities and arrive as separate parcels — that's normal, and you won't pay extra for it.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and product. You'll see the full cost before you pay.

Tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for each parcel as it's dispatched. If a parcel hasn't arrived after the estimated timeframe, email us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may attract import duties, GST, or other taxes charged by the destination country. These are your responsibility, not ours. We can't predict or pre-pay them. If you refuse a delivery because of unexpected customs charges, we'll refund the item cost (not the shipping) once the parcel is returned.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit or arrives damaged, we'll replace or refund it — email drive@drivingforever.com with your order number and photos of any damage. You usually won't need to send anything back.

Wrong address

We ship to the address you enter at checkout, so double-check it before you submit the order. Because items are printed and dispatched automatically, there's only a short window to fix an address mistake — if you spot one, email us immediately. If a parcel is returned to the print facility because of an address error, we'll re-send it at your cost.
