Where we ship

drivingforever.com ships throughout New Zealand and to selected international destinations. If your country isn't available at checkout, email us at drive@drivingforever.com and we'll see what's possible.

Processing time

Most orders ship within 1–3 working days of being placed. Custom or personalised items take longer — the product page will say how long.

We don't ship on NZ public holidays or weekends. Orders placed after 12pm NZT usually start processing the next working day.

Delivery estimates

  • New Zealand (standard): 2–5 working days after dispatch.
  • New Zealand (rural): add 1–2 working days.
  • Australia: 5–10 working days after dispatch.
  • Rest of world: 7–21 working days, depending on destination.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Couriers occasionally delay parcels and we can't control it, though we'll help you chase anything that's taking longer than expected.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. You'll see the full cost before you pay.

Tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. If it hasn't arrived after the estimated timeframe, email us and we'll investigate with the courier.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may attract import duties, GST, or other taxes charged by the destination country. These are your responsibility, not ours. We can't predict or pre-pay them. If you refuse a delivery because of unexpected customs charges, we'll refund the item cost (not the shipping) once the parcel is returned to us.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier or arrives damaged, we'll replace or refund it — email drive@drivingforever.com with your order number and any photos if the packaging is damaged.

Wrong address

We ship to the address you enter at checkout, so double-check it before you submit the order. If a parcel is returned to us because of an address error, we'll re-send it at your cost. If you spot a mistake right after ordering, email us straight away — if we haven't shipped yet, we'll fix it for free.
